You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
• Requests made after the 7-day return period
• Minor variations in color or design due to screen differences

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).
